Such problems can also occur if the version of raw materials such as cable layout is wrong or of poor quality. In the face of these problems, if the manufacturer needs to continue to use, it is necessary to fine-tune according to the current raw materials.
3. Improper adjustment of parameters.
The winding action and wiring are difficult to coordinate. You may find that the winding is smooth at first, but the more turns the winding has, the more difficult the wiring becomes. This may be because the parameters of the CNC winding machine are not set properly. Usually, we need to set the numbers carefully, starting from 0 turns, how many turns at low speed, then accelerating to a fixed speed, how many turns at constant speed, and how many turns after Z deceleration. These parameters are set according to different CNC winding machines, and different coils need to be adjusted slightly. Therefore, before mass production of new products, engineers and technicians should do a job first. Small batch trial production is standard practice.
