1, the horizontal stranding machine inspection and maintenance

(2) often check the tightening of each part of the bolts, found loose to tighten in time, especially the tailstock foot bolts must be solid and reliable.
3）When the machine is rotating, do not allow the operation under the winding.
(4) when working, always check the flower plate, the top of the tailstock is not bent and fracture phenomenon, find the problem in time to repair.
(5) machine tool rotation, not allowed to change direction, speed shifting and other operations.
2, the vertical stranding machine inspection and maintenance
(1) check the stranding machine disk and winding die docking bolts are tightened, otherwise must be tightened again.
(2) stranding machine power supply is broken and other unsafe factors, if any, should be excluded.
(3) check whether the expansion cover is good expansion, and the size of the opening and closing is adjusted to about 150ram from the outer diameter of the flower plate or winding winding to ensure safe operation.
(4) check the stranding machine around there is no hanging belt or prevent the operation of the workpiece or other objects, otherwise should be reconnected to arrange the position of the wire reel frame and other workpiece objects.
All of the above checks are correct before you can start stranding machine work.
Second, the winding compactor and assembly frame inspection and maintenance
(1) lifting system is working normally, if there is stuck, tilt, stall and other faults or unsafe factors, should ask professionals to repair and eliminate unsafe factors.
2）If there are any unsafe factors such as broken power supply and protective cover in the pneumatic part of the wrapping machine, if there are, they should be excluded.
3）Whether the center of the winding group is right with the pressing mechanism, otherwise it should be right.
(4) Whether there are operators under the pressing machine, when starting the pressing machine, no standing person is allowed below.
(5) The hydraulic pressing machine must check whether the pressure gauge is within the use period, whether the reading is correct, whether the hydraulic station is working normally, whether the hydraulic oil is sufficient, otherwise it should be excluded before operation.
