The coil winding machine contains a total of nine parts of mechanisms.

(1) Working turntable: It consists of indexing stepping motor, rotary table, wire fork and winding die. This equipment is a multi-tasking position coil winding machine, which performs process actions such as die preheating, wire cutting, heating and demoulding while winding, which needs to be completed by working turntable according to different work station actions.

(2) Wire cutting mechanism: Pneumatic actuator, mainly to cut off the leads at both ends of the finished coil.

(3) Demoulding mechanism: It consists of indexing stepping motor and pneumatic demoulding, which removes the finished products from the winding die head.

(4) Hot air system: The equipment is equipped with two adjustable temperature 220V hot air guns to preheat the die head before winding and hot air treatment of the coil after winding to facilitate demoulding.

(5) Electrical control: It contains electrical control box and touch screen operation box. The DVP-20PM00D motion controller is used as the control core, touch screen as the man-machine exchange, and servo motor as the actuator to realize the precise control of the rotating axis and the lineup, so as to ensure the precision of winding.

(6) Frame: The frame is composed of angle steel frame and stainless steel table top, and casters are set for easy movement, and the legs can be adjusted down as stable support when the equipment is in place.

(7) Tension mechanism: It is installed in the wire feeding part as winding tension adjustment to ensure constant tension when winding coils. The tension regulator has adjustment knobs to adjust the tension setting for different needs, and after adjustment, the tension regulator automatically controls the winding tension.

(8) Coil winding mechanism: It mainly consists of Delta B series 200W servo motor, synchronous toothed belt and winding fork, which is the winding spindle in the electronic cam movement. The copper wire is rotated and wound on the winding die by the fork, which is one of the main moving parts of the coil winding machine.

(9) Winding mechanism: It includes Delta B series 100W servo motor, precision linear screw, precision guide rail, pneumatic fork, etc. It is the winding slave axis in electronic cam motion, following the winding spindle in forward and reverse reciprocating motion to realize winding action in winding motion, and is one of the main moving parts of the coil winding machine.
