2. When connecting the positive and negative poles, there will be a large resistance when twisting by hand, indicating that the line is normal, on the contrary, there is a break point inside.
3. Investigate the reverse spark when energized, no spark better, spark less better, spark even into a line is not good, if the ring fire, do not use.
4. DC motor operation to a stable temperature rise, the motor surface temperature should not exceed 80 degrees Celsius.
5. After the temperature rises steadily, stop, use a multimeter to measure the winding resistance, usually a few ohms.
6. The error between the measured speed and the extra speed should not exceed 10% under extra voltage.
7. Add 1.2 times extra voltage, run for 2 minutes, investigate whether there is any abnormality.
After the above check, the DC brushless motor is normal. Auxiliary use multimeter to measure the voltage between commutator pieces, if there is the same rule voltage between two sections, the winding is fine.
