1. Quality, adjacent equipment and buildings should not have a negative impact on the winding machine.

2. The table and foundation of the winding machine should have stability and durability, waterproof and anti-slip and corrosion of harmful objects, to ensure no deformation or local sinking. When the winding machine is placed in an environment where it may be exposed to chemical liquids, oils or corrosion, the foundation should be protected. For example, the foundation surface is coated with acid and oil resistant cement paste sand, and liquid drainage and liquid collection tanks are provided.

3. Before installing the machine, the foundation of the large winder should be pre-compressed. The pre-compressed mass is 1.25 times the total mass of the winding machine and the Z mass of the customer’s workpiece. Pre-compression materials are steel, sand and pebbles. The pre-compression should be applied evenly to the foundation to ensure that the foundation sinks evenly. Carry out pre-loading work until the foundation no longer continues to sink.

4. The table and foundation of the winding machine must be compatible with the base of such winding machine and ensure that the winding machine mounted on it is robust and reliable, that it has reliable grounding equipment and that there are no large sources of interference around it.

5. The center of gravity of the winding machine and the total center of gravity of the table and foundation are located on the same vertical line as the centripetal force of the ground plane.
