Prepare materials such as winding molds, wires, insulating film paper and ventilation strips according to drawing requirements. Check the automatic wire winding machine before use: forward rotation, reverse rotation, cooling oil, etc. are normal. If there is any doubt (especially the specification of the wire), report to the person in charge of the production department in time for confirmation. Coils are divided into cartridge coils and coil coils, and the winding methods are different, and should be carried out as follows.
The winding method and steps of the tube coil
a) Install the mold, gear plate and skeleton plate respectively, and tighten them with a wrench.
(b) Tightly wrap 3¼ turns of insulating film paper with the same length as the mold outside the skeleton plate. Stick it with transparent adhesive tape so that it will not be loosened.
c) Pass the wire head through the stall plate and reserve the length of the wire head as required, and wear an insulated conduit that is compatible with the wire gauge. The conduit must pass through the stall plate and ensure that it can be wound more than half a turn on the winding mold to ensure that the conduit will not slip out of the coil. The length of the conduit outside the stall plate should be not less than 60mm.
(d) CNC winding machine with tapped coils should be tapped in accordance with the sequence requirements of the drawing, and the taps should be arranged in order, with special attention to the number of turns should be accurate; the conduit will be tapped with two wires leading together and directly to the root of the taps, the stall plate is left with more than 60mm of conduit, and the length outside the tapped wire is reserved as required. In order to ensure that the wire head folding does not cause a short circuit between turns, should be wrapped in two layers of glass wire cloth tape or polyester insulation film at the folding position.
(e) If the drawing requires the tap position to replace the wire gauge, tap the lead line of the large line should be longer than the small line, and pay attention to the size of the wire gauge should be consistent with the drawing. f) Ventilation strips should be padded on the four corners of the coil. Pad the ventilation strip, wind a few turns and then use a wooden hammer to tap on both sides of each of the four corners of the coil, so that the ventilation strip will not slide, and then continue to wind the wire. When winding the secondary coil (coupled coil), the primary wire is wound first. After the primary wire is wound, it is leveled and then wrapped with three and a half layers of mylar insulation film and glued to the seam with transparent tape paper, and the ventilation strip is padded around the secondary wire, so that the primary wire and the secondary wire are electrically isolated. The closest distance between the two lines is not less than 3.5mm in order to consider the winding process qualified.
(g) coil in the last few turns of winding, should be put on the tie (white gauze tape or conduit), easy to tie the end of the line, the tie should be in two positions respectively. The end of the wire should be guided on the insulated conduit in the same way as the head of the wire.
(h) After winding the coil, level it and then remove the coil from the mold, cut off the excess head of the tie, and place the coil in the designated location. The storage location should be moisture-proof and dust-proof.
2. The winding method and steps of disk type coil
(a) There are two or more coils in a set of coil winding machine, and the coils are connected in series. The total length of the coils should be calculated first, and the wire should be taken off the coil and cut.
(b) Install the gear plate and mold, start winding the first disk, take off the coil after winding, turn tightly at the four corner positions, then install the coil in the opposite direction on the winding machine and start winding the second disk, and the third disk can be wound in the same way.
(c) More than three coils are usually divided into two groups and wound in series to merge into one group of coils.
d) After winding the coils, cut off the excess head of the tied wire and store it in the designated position after leveling.
