The advantages of the beehive winding method are small size, small distributed capacitance, and large inductance. The beehive type coils are small in size, with small latent capacitance, large inductance, and high Q value, so many radio tuning coils, oscillating coils and high frequency chokes, etc., are wound by this method, and the results are better than other methods.
