The Battery Sorting Machine is mainly used for internal-resistance(IR) and voltage testing, and sort the cells to diffierent channels according to the setting.
Why need sorting machine?
When the batteries arrive at the battery pack factory, even the same batch of batteries may have different parameters(IR, Voltage), especially when the batteries come from some infeasible suppliers. When assemble the battery into a battery pack, we hope that the battery of the same battery pack has the same parameters(IR, Voltage) as much as possible, so that the performance of the battery pack will be better and more balanced.
How sorting machine works?
The battery sorting machine is composed of mechanical structure, feeding system, test system, control system, etc. First, put the battery into the bin, the battery roller drives the battery to the test position, the test probe contacts the positive and negative poles of the battery, the tester reads the internal resistance and voltage of the battery, the detector transmits the test results to the controller, and the controller puts the batteries with different parameters into different channels according to the settings.
1. The sorting machine is for cylindrical battery voltage and internal resistance testing, and delivery the battery to diffierent channels according to the setting.
2. Have touch screen version and computer version. The computer version can save and output testing data.
3. The equipment is controlled by PLC and Pc. The PLC is responsible for battery feeding, battery handling and battery sorting.The PC is responsible for battery testing data collection,voltage internal resistance rating, high work efficiency, saving manpower, good product performance.
4. Equipment materials are made of high quality thick cold-rolled sheet metal, aluminum frame.
