1、Pneumatic system composition

A typical pneumatic transmission system consists of four parts: pneumatic pressure attack equipment, fulfillment components, control components and auxiliary components.

1) Air source

The air source is the power source of the pneumatic transmission system, is produced by the air compressor compressed air. To ensure the normal operation of the pneumatic system, it is necessary to cool down, purify, depressurize, stabilize and provide a series of treatments such as oil mist to the compressed air, so it is necessary to set up compressed air purification equipment, including coolers, oil-water separators and storage tanks.

2）Fulfillment element

Fulfillment element is a working medium of compressed air, and the pressure energy of compressed air will be transformed into mechanical energy energy conversion equipment, fulfillment element contains: do linear reciprocating movement of the cylinder, do continuous reversal movement of the air motor and do not continuous reversal movement of the rotary cylinder. We are involved in the fulfillment element for the linear reciprocating cylinder and reversing motion of the rotary cylinder and air claw.

(3) control components

Control components, also known as operation, computing, detection components, is used to control the pressure of the compressed air, flow and direction of activity, in order to make the fulfillment mechanism to complete the booked movement law. Control elements include: various pressure valves, directional valves, flow valves, logic elements, injection elements, stroke valves, converters and sensors, etc. The control elements used in our case are directional valves and sensors.

4) Auxiliary components

Auxiliary components are some of the equipment needed to make the compressed air purification, smooth, anechoic and inter-component connection. Auxiliary components include: water splitting filter, oil mist gas, muffler and various piping accessories.
