The following debugging methods can be applied to the common winding process of coils with bobbins, mainly for the three important winding parameters of winding position, enameled wire specification and winding width.

1. How to set the starting position

What is the starting position? In short, it is the starting point of the winding. This position is closely related to the coil head and the type of coil. The value of the relevant winding starting position can usually be measured by the measurement function of the equipment control system, or the operator can use manual measurement, using a fixed point as a reference to measure with a ruler.

2. Setting of enameled wire specifications

Our common enameled wire has different wire diameters. The correct setting of the enameled wire specification will directly affect the winding effect. The use of different materials of enameled wire requires different wire diameter correction. Copper wire is not easy to pull thin, the correction value increased by about 0.02; aluminum wire after winding equipment and wire through the device tension is easy to stretch, the correction value of 0.02-0.2 are possible.

3. The setting of winding width

The winding width is understood as the distance between the starting position of the winding and the end of the winding. Usually, the value directly reflects the required winding length of the skeleton. The effect on the winding width due to the slight deformation of the skeleton used must be considered, and the winding width should be the minimum value of the integrated measurement method.
