How to adjust the tension of automatic stator coil winding machine?

If the coil resistance, integrity and total number of turns is normal, the length of the coil will appear small category deviation (such as 0.01mm), assuming that the coil amplitude is longer than the specific requirements, you can adjust a small amount to increase tension; if the coil amplitude is lower than the specific requirements, you can adjust a small amount to reduce tension.

4. Available wire diameter 0.06~0.13mm For example, the tensioner has two adjusting nuts, adjusting nut 1 and adjusting nut 2. adjusting nut 1 is marked with 0~5 grade scale, the tension category is 20~130g, and the tension value of all rulers is about 26g (reference value). Twist the nut 1 to the right, the tension value will become larger; on the contrary, twist the nut 1 to the left to make the tension value smaller.

5. The adjusting nut 2 is marked with 0~5 grades scale for controlling the bending of the rod, the adjustment range is about 0~30°, under the same whole tension condition, the bigger the reading of the adjusting nut 2 ruler, the smaller the bending aspect; the smaller the reading, the bigger the bending aspect.
