Product use instructions

• Loading, corresponding to the EI piece slot to put the EI piece
• Set the insertion parameters of EI sheet according to the size of EI and skeleton, and debug well
• Debugging normal, put the skeleton (wire package) in the skeleton position, press the start switch (can be started by foot switch), the machine will automatically complete the insertion work, to determine the completion of the insertion, remove, put a new skeleton, so repeat

Product maintenance and precautions

Machine Model: VA-E60

• Regularly clean the air source compressor of the inserting machine to ensure the clean air intake of the equipment.
• Ensure that the inserting machine connecting rod running track is clean.
• If it happens that the equipment can not run after inserting the piece, please check the proximity switch to the home point.
• (If still can not solve, need to contact the equipment manufacturer)
• Pay attention to the maintenance of the equipment, do not put corrosive substances near the equipment.
• Prohibit to put items other than I, E piece into the material tank
• Prohibit the human body from approaching the mechanical actuator when the equipment is energized.
• When the equipment is energized, it is forbidden to use the hand crank wheel to insert the film manually (if you need to do it manually, please unplug the
• power supply)
• If you are sure that the 220V power supply is connected to the equipment, but the equipment is still not energized. Please check the power
• switch insurance
• Pay attention to the plug plugging safety to avoid electrical injuries

Package and transport
General package(Paper carton or plastic bag): For small goods, Package it with form and pack paper to guarantee unbroken during the transport.
Wooden case package: For larger scale goods as machine equipment etc, we have special skilled carpenter, who would make the proper wooden case with exact thickness,density,length. The up arrow ↑marked on the outer wooden case. Buffer material would be put in the wooden case to prevent crack and shock. We will inform you the delivery note. You just need to wait for phone call, then pick up the goods at the nearest logistic station .(Please let me know in advance if you want get the goods at home.)
