1. install the stator into the fixture.

2. Put the paint dripping head into the elastic chuck, which automatically clamps the paint dripping head.

3. Turn the movable bracket and move the fine-tuning bracket to adjust the position where the brush on the paint drip head can touch the coil on the stator.

4. After adjusting the paint feeding volume of the paint feeding pump, start the paint feeding pump, which automatically feeds the insulating paint into the paint feeding tube.

5. Place the paint drip head in the space between the two coils without touching the coils, the paint drip head stores paint and outputs without insulating paint.

6. Turning the stator and brushing the paint drip head onto the coil, the insulating paint flows from the brush into the coil and drips the paint onto the coil.

7. With the rotation of the stator, the paint drip head separates from the coil and enters the gap between the two coils. The paint drip head no longer touches the coil and enters the paint storage stage again, without outputting insulating paint;.

8. With the rotation of the stator, the paint drip head brushes onto the coil, paint flows from the brush into the coil with paint output, and the coil drips paint.

9. The stator keeps rotating and the paint dripping head paints on both coils repeatedly until needed.
