1. The three windings of the DC brushless motor are 120 degrees to each other, in order to measure the three positions of the corresponding rotor, the three halls should also be 120 degrees distributed to each other in order to lead the wires from the motor. In actual wiring, a reverse hall can be set in the middle of two 120-degree halls (60 degrees apart), which is equivalent to setting a hall in the same direction on the opposite side, and the leads here can be shorter.
2. Applying a magnetic field perpendicular to the direction of current to the semiconductor of the DC brushless motor will cause the electrons and holes in the semiconductor to gather in different directions by the Lorentz force in different directions, and an electric field will be generated between the gathered electrons and holes. After the electric field force and the Lorentz force are balanced, there is no more aggregation. At this point the electric field will cause the electrons and holes behind it to be subjected to the electric field force, balancing the Lorentz force generated by the magnetic field, so that the electrons and holes behind it can pass through without deflection. This phenomenon is known as the Hall effect. The built-in voltage generated is called Hall voltage.
3. Hall elements made according to the Hall effect use the magnetic field as the working medium to convert the motion parameters of an object into a digital voltage output, giving it a sensing and switching function. By detecting changes in the magnetic field and converting it into an electrical signal output, it can be used to monitor and measure changes in the operating parameters of various components.
