The assembly of brushless motor rotor and stator is relatively troublesome, before more manual mode assembly, now more automated production line mode, relatively speaking, the production efficiency and quality have been greatly improved, then how to assemble the brushless motor rotor and stator? What is the difference between manual and automated production line?Vacuz give you an introduction to it! Hope it can help you!
Brushless motor rotor and stator assembly process, the general assembly process is as follows:
1. Prepare the required tools and materials: including brushless motor, rotor, stator, base, screws, bearings, wires, solder and so on.
2. Clean the parts: clean all the parts and make sure there is no dust or oil on the surface.
3. Assemble the base: Fix the base of the brushless motor with the short bracket, then put the bearing into the center hole of the base.
4. Assemble the rotor: fix the magnet on one side of the rotor, put the rotor core and the magnet on one side of the rotor into the bearing, rotate to make sure the rotor can rotate freely.
5. Connect the stator: put the stator on the base and fix the stator on the base with screws. Note that the stator should be kept at a certain distance from the rotor to avoid magnetic field interference.
6. Wiring: Connect the motor wires to the ESC board and fix them with solder. Make sure all wires are connected correctly to avoid circuit problems.
7. Motor Test: Turn on the power and start the motor for testing. Confirm that the motor rotor can rotate smoothly.
There are some differences between manual assembly and automated production lines. Manual assembly may be relatively flexible, but for mass production, automated production lines can provide higher productivity and lower costs. An automated production line reduces human error and ensures that all steps follow a prescribed program. Additionally, automated production lines can often produce around the clock, which contributes to faster and more efficient production. However, this does not mean a complete replacement of manual assembly. Manual assembly may still be a viable option for some specific or small-scale assembly tasks.
