(1) The stator cavity and rotor surface should be clean and free of impurities.

(2) Check that the explosion-proof surface and fastening threaded holes meet the standard requirements, and then enter the assembly procedure.

(3) Check whether the mechanical dimensions of the rotor shaft and accessories meet the standard requirements, and then enter the assembly procedure.

(4) Check whether the stator winding is bruised, whether the slot wedge or the end is higher than the core, and whether the stop size meets the requirements.

2、Prepare all tools and materials used for assembly to ensure that they are intact and can be used normally.

3、Anti-rust treatment of each surface. Anti-rust coating and cleaning oil are applied to the surface of each part.

4. Check the integrity of the cooling device.

(1) Air-cooled motor check the integrity of the fan, wind cover or air duct, radiator.

(2) water-cooled motor check whether the water circuit is in normal use, water leakage and the corresponding facilities are complete.

5. Heat the bearing to 90~110℃ (uniform heating).

6. As the bearing is a precision part, during the handling and heating process, it is strictly forbidden for debris to enter the bearing and adhere to the bearing surface. If this situation occurs, the bearing should be cleaned.

1. A thorough inspection must be carried out before assembly, and all parts must be up to standard and complete.

2. The assembly parts must be clean and intact, especially the rotor, stator cavity, bearing position, and stator winding end.

3. The water-cooled motor should be checked for the integrity of the cooling system before embedding.

4. Bearings are heated according to the standard. During assembly, it is forbidden to hit the bearing directly with a hammer and assemble according to the requirements.

5. When adding bearing grease, the quantity and cleanliness of grease must be ensured, and the mating parts of all parts must be coated with clean oil.

6. In the assembly process moderate force, heavy hammer is strictly prohibited.

7. Pay attention to the assembly of seals when assembling.
