Determine the overall design plan to make a set of winding machine safety protection device: when the operator’s hand enters the dangerous area, the infrared light emitted by the reflector is reflected into the receiver, the infrared sensor will be a low-level signal feedback to the logic control chip, then the logic control chip according to the location of the input signal, through the microcontroller or logic judgment, the control signal output to the relay speed reduction module, so that different resistance values of resistors are connected in series into the foot pedal speed regulation circuit, which in turn changes the voltage ratio of the foot pedal device, thus reducing the frequency of the winding machine inverter to achieve the effect of reducing the speed of the winding motor, ensuring the safety of the operator, preventing injuries caused by improper operation of the operator, and effectively improving the safety of the automatic winding machine.
