(1). Open circuit to the end, connect it, re-weld it, wrap it with proper insulation, dip it in insulating paint to dry, and then put on insulating sleeve to use it.
(2). Internal winder disconnected. This condition cannot be repaired. The coil of the winder needs to be replaced.
In short, the key to the repair of the winding machine is to identify the cause and location of the fault as soon as possible according to the fault phenomenon.
