1, winding machine slip ring structure and principle
CNC winding machine slip ring by the conductive ring, with tail brush, brush grip, conductive rod, collector ring and slip ring cover and other components. The winding of the wire-wound rotor is similar to the stator winding, and the three phase windings are connected into a star shape, and the beginning of each phase winding is connected to three copper slip rings, which are fixed on the rotor shaft. Ring and ring, ring and shaft are insulated from each other, through a set of spring pressure raised carbon brushes connected to the external circuit.
2、The development process of slip ring heat generation
Magnetic ring winding machine in normal operation, the temperature of the carbon brush is generally 50 ℃ ~ 80 ℃ (temperature rise of about 40 ℃), each carbon brush working current in 20 A ~ 100 A. Brush grip spring pressure is relatively uniform, the carbon brush activity freely and no vibration bib astringent phenomenon. The heat generated in the operation of carbon brush and slip ring is taken away by the ventilation system. That is, heat generation and heat dissipation reach a basic balance. However, when the carbon brush becomes shorter, contact resistance and additional resistance becomes larger, brush grip spring pressure becomes smaller, if the working current increases, the temperature changes when the balance of the system is reduced, part of the carbon brush temperature will rise, so that the temperature of the whole system rises.
3, slip ring heating cause analysis
(1) Slip ring cooling air volume is not enough. Coaxial installation with the slip ring fan blade should be accurately oriented, in line with structural design standards and regulations. Fan blade orientation does not meet the standard, on the one hand, will cause bearing vibration, on the other hand, will cause the slip ring cooling air volume is not enough so that the slip ring and brush heating.
