1、Working principle of ring type winding machine

According to the electrical schematic diagram given in Figure 1, when the input power is energized, close the air circuit breaker QF1, QF2, the power indicator red light, indicating that the power of each device is on, then dial the number of counting controller counting code plate needs, press the start button SB2, at this time the work indicator green light, step down the foot switch to make the winding machine forward or reverse operation, adjust the potentiometer knob until the speed is satisfactory, rotation The number of revolutions is input to the counting controller through the photoelectric reversible signal converter. When the number of revolutions reaches the set value, the counter will be activated, the inverter will stop working and the motor will stop running, thus completing one winding; for the second round of work, press the counter zero button, and after the display panel restores the zero position, step down the foot switch again for the second round of winding, and so on.

2、Installation and commissioning

1), according to the circuit diagram given in Figure 1 wiring, and ensure that the body is well grounded.

(3), check that everything is normal before powering on the test run, power on, press the start button, dial the counting controller for any value, step down the foot switch to make the winding machine forward or reverse operation, observe the frequency table display between 0-SOHz, adjust the potentiometer knob until the speed is satisfactory, observe the counting display, to the rated value of automatic parking party is normal.
