1. The power supply is missing, the switch is not closed, the fuse of the main motor circuit or control circuit is blown, the contactor and other power control devices are faulty, the wiring is broken or loose, etc.. All may cause the DC brushless motor can not start.
The solution is to start from the front fuse, gradually check the wires and components of the main motor circuit and control circuit, find out the cause and fix it.
2. Motor failure
Possible brush wear, jamming, insufficient spring pressure, etc., resulting in poor contact between brush and commutator, armature winding disconnection; excitation winding disconnection and no residual magnetism, etc.
The solution is to disconnect the power supply, use the resistance file of multimeter, check the contact resistance of brush and commutator and the resistance of each winding ends, if the resistance value is large, it means the fault exists, need to check further, find the break point and repair.
3. Mechanical failure
Motor mechanical equipment or drive mechanism jammed, start the load is too heavy.
The solution is to quickly cut off the power and find the mechanical fault.
