Main Technical Parameter

3D Control:

● XYZ movement can be manually adjusted.

● XY directions are adjusted using moving block scale indicators, with an adjustment precision of 0.1mm.

● Large X-direction movements use universal wheel adjustment, without precision indication, for user adjustment of the center normal position.

● Z-axis uses electronically displayed lead screw adjustment, with a movement resolution of 0.01mm and a return accuracy of ±0.02mm.

Rotary Platform:

● Three-jaw chuck rotational concentricity: 0.01mm; Overall concentricity better than: 0.05mm.

● Optical electric translation stage, Model: 01RS004 Optical Electric Rotation Stage, Reduction Ratio 1:180.

● Imported three-jaw chuck, Model: SE-03.

Measurement Probe:

● Inner ring measurement range: Φ10mm ~ Φ76mm; Large samples require a measuring fixture.

● Outer ring measurement range: Φ6mm ~ Φ82mm; Large samples require a measuring fixture.

● Probe three-direction travel distance: X-axis: 200mm, Y-axis: 200mm, Z-axis: 100mm.

Package and transport
General package(Paper carton or plastic bag): For small goods, Package it with form and pack paper to guarantee unbroken during the transport.
Wooden case package: For larger scale goods as machine equipment etc, we have special skilled carpenter, who would make the proper wooden case with exact thickness,density,length. The up arrow ↑marked on the outer wooden case. Buffer material would be put in the wooden case to prevent crack and shock. We will inform you the delivery note. You just need to wait for phone call, then pick up the goods at the nearest logistic station .(Please let me know in advance if you want get the goods at home.)
