机器功能

The Vacuz MINi winding machine is a small and lightweight model, which adopts the new PLC + touch screen + servo motor configuration. The chassis can be matched with various types of machine heads and fixtures, realizing the practicality of one box for multiple uses and program upgrades. The touchscreen display interface makes the production screen more intuitive, the editing screen is simple and easy to understand, the production speed and the number of winding circles are clear at a glance, and the servo motor can accurately count single and double wires.

It provides tension to the wire through the friction between the side slider (wire guide) hung on the wire storage ring and the wire storage ring, thereby completing the winding action.
